Instructions:

1.Turn your oven onto 70 degrees (fan forced) and wait for it to heat up.
2.Slice your fruit of choice up into full circles and place them onto the tray.
3.Pop your tray into the oven and cook for 5 hours.
4.Once dried, place them into a glass jar with a tightly sealed lid and use them
in your cocktails as garnishes' when the time calls!

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Water

Instructions:

  1. Add your sugar and water into a small saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Stir until your sugar has been dissolved.

  3. Take off heat and let it cool down and pour into a glass jar with a tightly sealed lid.

It’s as simple as that, and even better this syrup will keep for up to one month in the fridge.
