The vibrant orangey joy of the Aperol Spritz brings together all the good times and memories. An Italian Aperitif that is one to to enjoy. Who knew a simple mix of Aperol, Prosecco and white wine would create such magical moments. A fruity explosion of zingy bubbles as soon as it touches your lips.. mmm doesn't that just sound delish. This wine based cocktail was first created in Venice in the early 1900's, commonly known as the go-to Aperitif at most Italian restaurants. In the early 2000's the rise of the Spritz was real especially after being named one of the best selling cocktails world wide. So go on, give it a go!

The Unmistakable Orange Aperol Spritz Recipe


Ingredients:
Aperol
White Wine
Prosecco
Soda or Sugar Syrup
Orange Slice

Instructions:

1. Fill your wine glass with ice.
2. Pour three parts of your glass with Prosecco.
3. Pour two parts with your Aperol.
4. Add a splash of soda water or sugar syrup.
5. Garnish with a slice of orange.

HOT TIP: If you have an Aperol bottle hiding in your cupboard the legendary recipe is right on the back, who would've known!
