Aroma

Inviting honey, pear and apple are your dominant aromas that draw you in from first smell.

Palate

On the palate, it is rich and round followed by a fine finale. The effervescence of it's blended grapes is fine and well formed and its notes of honey, apple, pear and hawthorn.  Grapes: 90% Chardonnay, 10% mixed Pinot and Chenin. 

Serving Suggestions

Salasar Carte Azur Brut NV's bright acidity and citrus notes make it a great match for seafood, especially raw shellfish like oysters and clams.
