This Central Otago Pinot Gris is off-dry in style but very fresh. It sings loudly with classic varietal notes of pear, red apple, cinnamon and sweet floral aromatics.

Palate

The Dress Circle Pinot Gris has a very complex yet structured palate. Notes that blend finely of jasmine with nectarine, ginger, mint and lime. Juicy and fresh, you'll find this Gris has a lengthy and fruity finish.
