Aroma

Bright ruby red in colour, aromas of sweet red fruits are preesnt from first smell.

Palate

Surprising elements of intense red berries and earthy characteristics in particular strawberries, raspberries and maraschino cherries complemented with hints of cinnamon and hibiscus pepper. A medium bodied and medium to high acidity. Aged in french oak barriques creating that extra increase in complexity and texture.

Serving Suggestions
