How do I pay for my order?

Use your Visa or MasterCard to pay securely online or over the phone, or ask us to send you an invoice.


What's a personal account manager?

A personal account manager’s job is to know your wine likes, dislikes and needs inside out. They’ll call you to let you know about great deals that suit you to a tee. But they won’t pester you.

  • Have a chat about what you like
  • Let us know how often you’d like us to get in touch
  • Then look forward to getting first pick of the offers that suit you


How do I sign up for a wine subscription?

It’s easy to pick, click and let us keep the wine coming. 


Just choose a subscription, decide how many bottles you’d like, click to subscribe and we’ll send your first case. Then every three months we’ll top up your wine rack with a fresh selection.


Here’s what you need to know:

  • You’ll receive four deliveries a year, the first delivery will arrive in 2-5 working days
  • Then you’ll receive a fresh selection every three months
  • You’ll always get an email about your next delivery before it’s sent so there are no surprises
  • You can skip a delivery, change where it’s sent, or cancel at any time
  • Every wine subscription has delivery included so there’s no extra cost
  • You’ll also get tasting notes for each delivery so you can learn more about each wine


When should I get my drinks?

You’ll get drinks delivered to your door in 2-5 working days.

  • In Auckland? Expect them in 1-2 working days. If you need them sooner, opt for same-day delivery when you order before 3pm.
  • If you’re in the rest of the North Island, yours will be with you in 2-3 working days.
  • And Mainlanders, yours will arrive in 3-5 working days.


How much is delivery?
  • North Island deliveries are $4.99 per order. For the South it’s $5.99.
  • Any order over $200 will only cost $1 for delivery.
  • And wine subscriptions have delivery included.


Who makes your exclusive wines?

The incredible team at Isabel Estate in Marlborough are behind our mega-awarded labels like Cape Campbell. They have decades of experience between them, as well as a Trophy cabinet bursting with awards. 


We also have exclusive NZ access to Dorrien Estate’s highly acclaimed range which includes Black Wattle, Dorrien Estate Bin Series, Avon Brae and Krondorf - all of which have received huge international accolades.


How are your prices so low on high-quality wine?

That would be telling! Seriously though, because we make our own wines we can keep costs down. With our other ranges, we’ve been in the industry so long we’ve forged strong relationships and we get great deals that we pass straight to you.  


How do I update my credit-card details?

If you’re shopping and your card has expired, we’ll ask you to update your card at the checkout.


If there’s an expired card on your file, here’s what to do:

  • Sign in and go to ‘Account Info’
  • Click on ‘Payment Cards’
  • Follow the prompts to update or delete that card.
If you don’t have a saved card on file, you’ll need to place an order to save that card.
And if you run into problems, just give us a call on 0800 809 463.


How do I change my password?
  • Sign in and go to ‘Account Info’
  • Click on ‘Change Password’
  • Follow the prompts. Job done!


How do I update my address?
  • Sign in and go to ‘Account Info’
  • Click on ‘Address Book’
  • Add a new address, edit an existing one, or delete an old one.
  • If you have a wine subscription make sure you update that address in the subscriptions tab.


Where can I see my order?
  • Sign in and go to ‘Account Info’
  • Click on ‘My Order’
  • You’ll see the order number, date ordered, total price and status.
  • You can also click ‘View Order' to see what was sent, and ‘View Invoice’ for your records.


Onecard Partnership


How can I earn Onecard points with Vineonline?

We’re thrilled to partner with the Countdown Onecard programme, a loyalty programme that lets Countdown customers earn rewards and redeem them on a variety of in-store and partner benefits.

  • If you’re an existing Onecard customer you can add your Onecard number when you checkout.
  • Once you have, you'll earn rewards each time you shop with Vineonline.
  • You’ll earn one Onecard point for every dollar you spend with Vineonline.
  • If you need to update your Onecard, go to ‘Account Info’ and make your changes.
  • If you’re not a Onecard member you can get a card at any Countdown store nationwide.
