PalateBalanced on the palate with fragrant undertones of cardamom and Indian spices with a long liquorice tail. Our dry gin is spice forward with notes of cardamom, coriander, and peppercorns. Balanced with manuka leaves on the nose and almonds for mouthfeel, the gin is double distilled and vapor infused with 8 carefully selected botanicals.
