50ml Chivas 18 Year Old
Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 x Brown Sugar lump
1 x Orange slice
To make this cocktail you will need to:
1.First Chill your glass with large ice cubes
2.Use the back of the spoon to muddle the sugar, bitters and Chivas
3.Stir into sugar crystals until the ice has half melted
4.Repeat three times.
5.Rub orange around the rim of the glass, add a garnish and stir.
