Kiwifruit Brunch Punch

The perfect Spring cocktail to serve at your next brunch. A truly delicious kiwifruit inspired cocktail that goes down a treat. Pair it with a platter of fresh fruits, pastries and light sandwiches!

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh kiwifruit (peel & diced)
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup orange juice
½ cup Vodka
¼ triple sec
1 cup sparkling water
Handful of ice
Mint (optional garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Grab a blender and blend together your diced kiwifruit until it's smooth.
  2. In your large pitcher, combine the kiwifruit puree, pineapple juice, orange juice, Vodka and triple sec.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add your ice and top the rest of the pitcher up with sparkling water.
  5. Stir gently and garnish on top with some kiwifruit slices and mint leaves.
  6. Serve chilled when the occasion arrives.

Cucumber Fizz Delight

A truly fizzy delight, the perfect cocktail that will help refresh after a long day! Pair it with light appetisers like smoked salmon bites or a crisp green salad.

Ingredients:

½ cup thinly sliced cucumber
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup Gin
1 tablespoon simple syrup*
1 cup tonic water
Handful of Ice
Lemon slices/cucumber ribbon (optional garnish)

*Simple syrup: 1:1 ratio of sugar and water

Instructions:

1.Grab your cocktail shaker and muddle the cucumber slices with the lemon juice.
2.Add your Gin and simple syrup to the shaker.
3.Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
4.Next, strain your mixture into a glass filled with ice.
5.Top up your glasses with tonic water.
6.Garnish with lemon slices and a cucumber ribbon and serve!

Prosecco Mint Sparkle

Add a little sparkle to your next get together with this Prosecco mint sparkle cocktail, perfect for the springtime. Pair it with a tropical themed platter with quiches, cheeses and fresh fruits.

Ingredients:

¼ cup fresh mint leaves
¼ cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup Prosecco
Handful of ice
Mint sprigs and lime wedges (optional garnish)

Instructions:

1.Grab your cocktail shaker and muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and honey.
2.Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
3.Strain your mixture into a glass filled with ice.
4.Top with Prosecco to the top of the brim.
5.Garnish with your mint sprigs and lime wedge and serve.

Travel to the islands with our Passionfruit Bliss cocktail. A truly delicious Spring cocktail that will have you making that next glass in no time. Pair this with tropical themed snacks such as mango salsa, chicken skewers or coconut shrimp.

Ingredients:

½ cup passionfruit pulp (from roughly 4 passionfruits)
¼ cup coconut water
¼ cup White Rum
1 tablespoon agave syrup
½ cup soda or sparkling water
Handful of ice
Passionfruit halves and mint leaves (optional garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine your passionfruit pulp, coconut water, white rum and agave syrup.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain your mixture into a glass that is filled with ice.
  4. Top with soda or sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with passionfruit halves and mint leaves and serve.

Berry Sunrise Spritz

Ingredients:

½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries are good choices)
¼ cup fresh orange juice
¼ cup Aperol
½ cup Sparkling wine
Handful of ice
Orange slices or berries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, blend your mixed berries until smooth.
  2. Grab a large glass and combine your berry puree, orange juice and Aperol.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Add the ice and top with your Sparkling wine.
  5. Garnish with orange slices and berries and serve.
