Sparkling Class

The French 75 is a cocktail with a storied past that dates bac to the first world war. Created around 1915 by a barman named Harry MacElhone at the iconic New York Bar in Paris, this drink was named after the powerful French 75mm field gun used in combat - a fitting name for a cocktail known for its surprising kick! Despite its seemingly gentle appearance, the combination of gin and champagne gives it a deceptively strong and refreshing profile. This festive French 75 cocktail is perfect for Christmas as it has just the right amount of elegance, sparkle and festive cheer to fit seamlessly into any holiday celebration. A lighter alternative to heavier, cream-based drinks, making it an ideal choice for those hot summer days ahead.
