Candy Cane Cocktail Recipe

2 Servings (adjust quantities for the amount of people)

Ingredients:

Handful of Candy Canes
60ml Vodka
25ml Creme de Menthe or mint syrup
70ml Cranberry Juice
2 drops Sprite or Angostura Bitters
4 x Mint leaves
Handful of ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Put your candy canes into a sealed bag and crush with the end of a rolling pin
or with anything handy you have in the kitchen.

2. Place your crushed candy canes into a shallow plate.

3. Dip your cocktail glasses of choice into water then dip the rim into the crushed candy
canes to create a decorative rim.

4. Grab your ice and mix your Vodka, Cranberry juice, Sprite and Creme de Menthe or mint
syrup into a shaker.

5. Shake, shake, shake.

6. Once your cocktail feels cold, strain into your cocktail glasses.

7. Time to decorate! Garnish your Candy Cane Cocktail with a Candy Cane on the side
and scatter a couple of mint leaves on top.
