This maple old fashioned is one that will delight a whisky drinker, a sweet chocolate craver or a lover of maple syrup.



  1. Add all your ingredients into your mixing jug.
  2. Stir well and strain into your serving glass (that is filled with ice).
  3. Garnish with a few crumbled walnuts and enjoy!

Hazelnut Delight Cocktail

This nutty creamy cocktail is rather dreamy. Imagine a Ferrero Rocher but in a cocktail form, this is it!

Cream Ingredients:

1 cup Whipped Cream
1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
1/4 cup Irish Cream (Baileys)

Cocktail Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces Irish Cream
1 1/2 ounces Hazelnut Liqueur (Frangelico)
1/2 tsp crushed Hazelnuts


1 - Grab your cream and powdered sugar and whip together until stiff peaks form, then slowly add in your
Irish Cream.

2 - Next, place your cream into a piping bag or a plastic bag with a cut hole in the corner and chill in the fridge.

3 - Now that your flavoured cream is ready and chilling, it is time to make the Hazelnught Delight cocktail!

4 - Grab your shaker and fill it with ice right to the top, next add in your Irish Cream and hazelnut liquor.

5 - Shake until the shaker is cold on the outside and strain into your glass of choice.

6 - Pipe over your delicious cream and garnish with crushed hazelnuts. Enjoy!

Cocktail Ingredients:

  • 1.5 ounces Vodka
  • 1 ounce pumpkin/maple syrup*
  • 1 star anise

*Pumpkin Maple Syrup

Mix equal parts of cold coffee, maple syrup and pumpkin puree and set aside.


  1. Grab all your ingredients and stir over ice.
  2. Double strain into your serving glass that has a large ice cube in it.
  3. Garnish with your star anise pod and enjoy.
