Aroma

Pelorus Rosé is smooth and elegant, with a pale salmon hue and brambly aromas. Raspberries, cranberries and strawberries are present with vibrant red florals and subtle rosehip overlaying the nose.

Palate

The entry is gentle, with mouth-filling characters of baked quince, cranberry and brioche. Soft citrus notes bring freshness and balance to the palate, while its fine structure persists all the way to a soft, dry finish.

Serving Suggestions

Pelorus Rosé is a superb match for fresh shellfish such as oysters, clams and scallops. It lends itself well to creamy desserts like buttermilk pannacotta with strawberries, or grilled peaches with goats’ curd and honey.
