Palate

This medium-dry wine has a full bodied and oily texture. It offers an interesting cocktail of floral and sub-tropical fruits which flow on through a long, softly acidic finish, typical to Gewurztraminer.

Serving Suggestions

Gewurztraminer is always an ideal accompaniment to oriental cuisine, especially Thai dishes. Also try with paté, smoked fish or blue cheese.
