Aroma

Fragrant and brightly perfumed aromas of red and dark fruits with lavender and forest floor closely followed by supporting notes of cigar box, cardamom and vanilla.

Palate

The palate is warm on entry with underlying tension of structural tannin and cool climate acidity creating excellent palate drive. Ripe fruit cushions the tannin structure giving early drinkability and Pinots famous iron fist in a velvet glove. A whole bunch element is included that gives the lovely fragrant lift and a gorgeous palate plushness.

Serving Suggestions

The tannins in this Pinot can complement the bitterness of dark chocolate, creating a decadent pairing.
