This handcrafted Blanc de Blanc is elegantly dry in style, displaying a fine bead, aromas of green apple, brioche and hazelnut and a crisp, citrus finish.

Palate

A Cumulus Méthode Traditionelle Blanc de Blanc with zero dosage, is a return to natural authenticity. The grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch pressed from our clone 6 Chardonnay planted in 1991. This Chardonnay clone has been specifically selected for its citrus freshness and light elegant structure on the palate.
