This is a single batch of juice, sent to barrel ex press and wholly barrel fermented and matured on full lees, full MLF and stirred. It sounds like lots of work but in fact it's hands off, taking a step back and letting all of those variables make their mark.
TASTING NOTES
Several smoky, struck match and flint elements in that savoury spectrum that defines modern CHR. There is also a strong spine of ripe fruit - golden queen peach and yellow flesh nectarine - and a wonderfully creamy texture that carries incredible length and persistence.
