Aroma

Fragrant with dark berry and plummy aromas on the nose.

Palate

Château De Ségure 2018 is a full-bodied Old Vines Carignan, Grenache and Syrah from Fitou. Dry, full-bodied and intense with ripe dark fruit, earthy violets, spiced plum and cracked pepper flavours vibrant on the palate. Tannins are grippy. Pour with well-marbled grilled meats, or let it mellow out in cellar for two-to-three years.

Serving Suggestions

Pairs well with dark chocolate, especially chocolate with a high cocoa content.
