Sunshine Estate Hunter Valley Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

Sunshine Estate is a family owned estate in the Hunter Valley NSW which was once owned by the late DR HJ Lindeman back in the 1900's.

This Shiraz Cabernet was made from selected vineyards to produce a varietal driven wine. In keeping with traditional winemaking practices, which has been used for centuries.

In purchasing parcels of wine we consult with Peter Saunders Long time wine critic and author of 25 edtions of "A Guide to New Zealand Wine". He had this to say " Very decent Aussie red, gutsy, balanced and ready to share with dinner. These medium-bodied but gutsy flavoured reds are very much an Australian strength in their warm climate. Satisfying now with flavoursome dishes and yet in no hurry."
