His thoughts are: Youthfully vibrant, yet a warm and fresh style showing ripe fruit in a firm, alive pinot statement of cherries and dark berry-fruits openning up each week. A gracious wine , very acceptable with roasts from chicken to lamb and other tasty or spicy foods.
