Huatoki Grove Hawkes Bay Merlot 2008

This wine was sourced from a well respected and renowned producer in New Zealand. We purchased the full parcel, labeled it to NZ requirements, and are selling it at a greatly reduced price whilst protecting the source.

When we are offered small parcels of wine for our brands we often consult with Peter Saunders, long time wine critic, and author of 25 editions of A guide to New Zealand wine. His thoughts are:A dark red Merlot, plenty of generous flavours abounding to suit red meat and spicy courses. Nicely balanced wine, still young and opening out yet already a very good drink with robust food flavours.
